Respect
Respect is built into the DNA of Rugby and is fundamental to our club's values. We expect all players to show respect towards coaches, teammates, opponents, referees, and spectators at all times. We strive to take this respect with us to all aspects of life.
Commitment
Rugby is a team sport that requires commitment and dedication. We ask that players attend training sessions regularly, arrive on time, and give their best effort during practices and matches.
Sportsmanship
Winning is important, but so is how we win. We expect our players to demonstrate good sportsmanship, whether they're celebrating victory or facing defeat. This includes shaking hands with opponents, congratulating teammates, and accepting decisions made by officials with grace.
Teamwork
Rugby is one of the most team-oriented sports in the world where the only way to win is to work together as a unit to overcome any obstacles put in your way. Rugby teaches us how to effectively work with others and that achieving goals as part of a team is much more rewarding than doing so as an individual.
Safety
The safety of our players is our top priority. We expect everyone to follow safety guidelines, listen to instructions from coaches, and use proper techniques to minimize the risk of injury.
